I know it's a slight tangent; Why does society even give credence to allowing a convicted criminal to sire more children. Unless he has been imprisoned for protecting his other children. In an age when heated discussion occurs over the adoption of children in issues such as sexuality, race, age, and even legal social habits...are we not forgetting that one important, wholly objective, and dare I say it?! LOVE for the child?
You can or cannot prove what you want in a court of law, but how someone can demand the right to have a child, when they cannot be part of providing for, raising, guiding, or at very least LOVING that child, then all debate, reason, logic, society, civilisation ...etc is as we know it... lost.
